If the order is still in production, we can usually update the address. If the package is already shipped: Printful will return it to sender We can reship to the correct address, but reshipping fees may apply

Orders are usually fulfilled from the closest regional center. But if your region has strict import rules, small customs fees may apply.
You can cancel only before production starts (usually within 1 hour). After that, the product is already being printed.
